For your convenience, all city permits are available below and are PDF fillable. Once completed they will need to be printed for your signature.

*CONTRACTORS* If you are licensed by the State you DO NOT need to apply for a City License.                                                          Please send a copy of your State License along with your Permit Application.

Building Official

INSPECTRON, INC. is the inspection agency performing plan review and construction inspections for the City of Lexington.

For your convenience, the inspectors can be reached from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at 651-322-6626 or check out their website at Inspectron, inc.
